Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to products and services purchased directly through AquaOcean Private Limited, including packaged drinking water, tanker supply, purification systems, and maintenance contracts. We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with the quality and reliability of what we deliver.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Water products found to be damaged, contaminated, or not meeting agreed quality standards on delivery.
  • Service appointments that were paid for in advance but not fulfilled by AquaOcean within the agreed timeframe.
  • Equipment or systems that arrive defective or malfunction due to a manufacturing fault, subject to inspection by our technical team.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after a service has already been performed or a product has already been delivered and accepted.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
  • Damage caused by improper use, tampering, or unauthorized repair of installed equipment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or service completion at info@aquaocean.ltd or call +91 000 000 0000, quoting your order or booking reference. Our team will inspect the issue and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. For part-cancelled AMC or maintenance contracts, refunds are prorated based on services already rendered.

6. Replacements & Re-delivery

In many cases, AquaOcean may offer a free replacement, re-delivery, or re-scheduled service visit instead of a monetary refund, where this better resolves the issue. This will always be discussed with you before being applied.
